Steel, pipe and boiler erection on the top of the Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG).
  You may notice the two north stacks currently being constructed are white in color while the two existing stacks are gray. During construction of the two south units, the sequence of construction prevented us from completing the painting of the stacks. As plant construction and weather conditions allow, the two south stacks will be painted white to match the north stacks.
